The Parola e Luraghi S.r.l foundry was founded by Riccardo Parola and Santino Luraghi. The first plant, measuring 1000 square meters, was built in Via Lomeni n. 10. The foundry specialised in cast iron castings for the construction of aqueducts.

80th anniversary of the Parola e Luraghi S.r.l. foundry. The company purchases the DISAMATIC 2110 MK3 forming plant that went into operation in the fourth quarter of 2001.

Beginning of the construction of the Cerano plant.
