Automatic green moulding process

For the realisation of the moulds, PAROLA e LURAGHI S.r.l uses automatic "green" forming systems (sand added with bentonite, mineral black and water) to produce small pieces and pieces up to 40 kg. weight.
The green forming is made on two automated lines.
N 1 DISA D1315 motte plant, for the production of castings with a mass of up to 15 kg
N 1 DISA 130B motte plant, for the production of castings with a mass of up to 40 kg.

Size of the plates:

Both DISA lines are equipped with an automatic casting system. The sandblasting is carried out directly in line through a collection belt that connects the shakeout and cooling drum directly to the sandblasting machine.
