THE FUSION
The melting system consists of two rotary methane and oxygen furnaces with a capacity of 12 tons and an electric induction channel furnace with a useful capacity of 20 tons.
The raw materials used for casting are: pig iron, iron, alloys, selected steel scrap consisting of molding residues and return scrap from our own castings, thus allowing to carry out melting processes in respect of the environment.
New overhead cranes for the handling of incandescent molten material were installed in 2023.
